What does Med Radar do?
It finds independent medical, dental and aesthetic practices on a map across the United States and Canada, lets you save them as leads with notes, and turns those leads into call lists and optimized drive routes.
Who is Med Radar for?
Medical and aesthetic device sales representatives, capital equipment reps, distributors and independent manufacturer's representatives who sell into privately owned practices.
Which countries are covered?
The United States and Canada. Coverage is uneven by region and is strongest where public registry data is richest; Canadian coverage is thinner than United States coverage.
Where does the data come from?
Free public sources only: the CMS NPPES national provider registry, OpenStreetMap business data, practices' own published websites, and spreadsheets you import yourself. Each stored field keeps a record of its source.
How often is the data updated?
Saved records are refreshed as searches are run, and bulk registry files are imported manually when a new free monthly file is published. Individual practices can change faster than any public source reflects, so verify critical details before a call.
Does Med Radar invent missing phone numbers or websites?
No. A website or phone number appears only when it has been verified from a public source, and unverified fields are shown as missing.
Which practice types are excluded?
Large hospital groups, staff-level duplicate listings and professions outside the target list — including behaviour analysts, chiropractic, physical and occupational therapy, pharmacy, counselling and social work, audiology and home health.
Can I import or export my own lists?
Yes. You can export saved practices to CSV, and import your own spreadsheets, including the free monthly CMS NPPES bulk file.
What does it cost?
Standard is $3.99 per month (CA$5.49) and Pro is $9.99 per month (CA$13.99), billed monthly on your signup date. Pro adds lasso selection, route building and drive-time optimization, exports and unlimited searching.
Does Med Radar work on a phone?
Yes. It is a mobile-first web app with no installation; the map, lasso and route tools work with touch, and routes open in Apple Maps or Google Maps.
Is my saved data private?
Yes. Saved leads, notes, call history and account details are tied to your account, are not shared with other customers and are not crawled by search engines.
Is Med Radar affiliated with Alma Lasers?
No. Med Radar is independent software operated by Adam Kennedy and is not affiliated with, owned by or endorsed by Alma Lasers or any device manufacturer.
