How Med Radar works
Four steps: search an area, read the practice records, save what matters, then work the list by phone or by car.
1. Search an area
Enter a city and state, a province, a ZIP or postal code, or use your current location. A ZIP search can be locked to that ZIP exactly, or treated as the centre of a radius you set anywhere between 2 and 100 miles. Results appear on the map and in the list at the same time, and the map follows the area you searched.
2. Filter to the right businesses
- Filter by specialty — for example dermatology, plastic surgery, med spa, endocrinology, OB/GYN, dental, psychiatry or neurology.
- Filter by commercial vertical: hair, aesthetics, women's health, men's health, metabolic and longevity, skin and vascular, or surgical and reconstructive.
- Large hospital groups, staff-level duplicate listings and off-target professions are excluded so the list stays sellable.
3. Read a real lead card
Each practice card shows the business name, and the legal entity or DBA beside the provider where that is on record. Phone numbers, addresses and websites are clickable, and a website link only appears when a verified address exists for that business. A readiness score summarises what is known about the practice; anything unverified stays blank instead of being filled in with a guess.
4. Work the list
- Save leads into your own pipeline with notes, and archive the ones you have ruled out.
- Build a dial list and record dispositions as you call.
- Log visits and grade meetings so the account history travels with the record.
- Lasso a cluster of pins on the map, optimize the stop order by drive time, and open the run in Apple Maps or Google Maps.
- Export saved practices to CSV, or import a spreadsheet of your own — including the free monthly CMS NPPES bulk file.
Built for the car and the clinic parking lot
Med Radar is a mobile-first web app. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop with nothing to install, and the map, lasso and route tools all work with touch. Canadian users can switch the interface between English and French, and prices display in Canadian dollars.
