Prospecting
Medical sales prospecting software
Most prospecting time disappears into lists that are stale, duplicated, or full of hospital departments you cannot sell to. Med Radar starts from a map of independent, owner-run practices so the first thing you see is a business you could actually call today.
Physician and practice prospecting, from one search
Type a city, state, province, ZIP or postal code — or let the app use where you are — and Med Radar returns the medical, dental and aesthetic businesses in that area from a database of over a million United States and Canadian practice records. Each result is a business first and a provider second, because the business is what holds the budget.
Qualify before you dial
- Ownership signal: independent and owner-run businesses are kept; large hospital groups and staff-level duplicates are filtered out.
- Specialty and commercial vertical, so an aesthetics prospect is not buried among unrelated clinics.
- Contact detail you can act on — clickable phone and a website link when a verified one exists.
- Business identity: the legal entity or DBA is shown beside the provider where it is on record.
- A readiness score that summarises what is known about a practice, with blanks left blank.
Turn a search into a week of work
Save the practices worth pursuing into your pipeline, add notes as you learn things, and archive the rest so they stop reappearing. Saved leads become dial lists with call dispositions, or become stops on an optimized territory route. Visits and meeting grades are logged against the same record, so the account history stays in one place.
Where the leads come from
Med Radar is assembled from free public sources: the CMS NPPES national provider registry, OpenStreetMap business data, practices' own published websites, and files you import. Every field keeps a record of its source. Nothing is scraped from paid data brokers or social networks, and no contact detail is ever invented to fill a gap.
